We are here to help you navigate through today's complex education system.

This website is being created by a group of local parents, just like you, who have struggled with our special education department. Our children are diagnosed with a wide range of disabilities, from physical and developmental to emotional and psychological. We aim to assist other parents in navigating through these services and the process of today's complex education system. We are not lawyers. This website should not be considered legal advice. We also do not consider ourselves adversaries of any school. We know that most educators are dedicated, capable, and caring. Unfortunately, our students sometimes require services that parents and guardians must advocate to get in place. From experienced parents and guardians to those just beginning the process, we hope to help you get the most out of a system that was designed to give our children the best education and experiences possible.

Be patient, website under construction.

Support

Raising and/or working with a special needs can be challenging. Working with schools, counselors and medical staff can be overhwhelming. Part of our mission is to provide avenues for support and guidance to assist you.

Getting started can be overwhelming and difficult.

In a perfect world, the school will reach out to you. Often parents must initiate contact with a school guidance counselor.
